Inside Sales Manager--Cincinnati

Responsibilities
As the Inside Sales Manager for TPC, you would be responsible for:
- Recruit, train and supervise members of the inside sales team.
- Educate inside sales staff on effectively addressing customer questions/objections.
- Collaborate with the marketing department regarding sales leads and opportunities.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads and actual sales.
- Review pipeline development.
- Regularly evaluate the performance of the inside sales team.
- Evaluate current sales practices and procedures to determine whether they are effective in generating sales.
- Recommend and implement improvements to current sales practices and procedures as needed.
- Address and resolve customer complaints.
Education/Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position.
- BA/BS degree in marketing, sales, business management, or related field.
- Accredited inside sales manager (AISM) and Certified inside sales professional (CISP) accreditations are advantageous.

Machine Operator--Cincinnati 2nd Shift

We’re currently seeking a Machine Operator to operate various converting equipment in the production of industrial tapes, films, and other materials. This is a full-time day shift position, Monday through Friday. The Machine Operator works on-site at a single location. Remote work options are not available for this position.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this machine operator role include:
- Operating multiple types of industrial machinery, including a flexo printing presses, single lathe slitter, slitter/rewinder, rotary die press, and flash cut table
- Reviewing work orders to understand scope and parameters of scheduled jobs
- Determining material quantities required for each job
- Matching color(s) for print job work per order requirements
- Align and configure machinery
- Inspect random production samples to evaluate quality of print and end product
- Quality checks on finished materials using templates or measuring instruments
- Packaging finished materials in specified cartons
- Maintaining inventory of supplies needed to operate assigned machinery
- Troubleshooting issues, making repairs, and performing routine maintenance on machinery
- Updating work orders with daily production totals
- Cleaning equipment daily and maintaining a clean area around machinery
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
- Understanding and complying with all safety procedures and guidelines
- Performing any other related duties when assigned
Education
The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma
- Vocational/technical school training preferred (on-the-job training available)
Skills
Candidates for this role should possess the following skills:
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills
- Able to follow instructions
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
The Machine Operator role also has specific physical requirements, including:
- Physically able to operate printing machines, slitting machines, and similar equipment
- Able to bend or kneel frequently
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 65 lbs at a time
Experience
Experience requirements for this role include:
- Previous related experience is preferred, but not required.
